inspiration: Ben’s Banjo Bliss
If you’re a fan of 50s cartoons and illustration then you’ll definitely enjoy the work of London-based illustrator and animator Ben Mounsey (aka Green Glasses). With his rockin’ retro-tinged style it’s no surprise that he’s got Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon’s feathers in his cap! We particularly like his wide-eyed characters!
In true creative form, Ben created a set of trading-card-style business cards featuring a range of his characters. Surely the bus stop card is a chase one!

And one more thing that really caught our eye was this great little sketch Ben did to mark the release of Where The Wild Things Are!

Awesome! Ben is one of my favourite illustrators at the moment, guaranteed smiles all round.
About time he’s getting the exposure he deserves. More please!
