Danger Danger! Generally smoke signals signify an attack! And if you were in and around Trafalgar square but unawares last week, you may have been given quite a fright! Alien-like light transmissions were beamed across the historical heart of London, in an attempt to mix ancient and modern forms of communication. The ICA, with the help of design & architecture outfit Minimaforms, hosted a special interactive event where members of the public were invited to send an SMS to the Memory Cloud, where it would be displayed as a mixture of light and air smoke signals.
