Tiger Translate’s “Global Event” has finally set foot on the soils of England, having visited Shanghai, New York, Berlin, Dubai, to name just a few. Tiger Translate is the brainchild of Tiger Beer, providing a platform for relatively unknown, young Asian artists. Tiger has discovered over 150 multi-disciplinary creatives, ranging from music, art, graffiti, illustration, design, and photography, forming a collective known as the Tiger AKA’s (Asian Kinetic Artists). These Tiger AKA’s then get the chance to collaborate with internationally renowned creatives from around the world.

The theme for the London event was ‚ÄòFuture’ + ‚ÄòVoyage’ :
“Like Asia, Tiger is forward looking and always progressing, while remaining true to its heritage. Through their interpretation of ‚ÄòFuture’, Tiger AKA’s confront the preservation or decline of tradition, globalisation, modernisation and relationships with the West in a highly personal and compelling manner.”
Creatives involved in the Live drawing/entertainment include:
Badral Bold (Mongolia), Udisha Kumar (India), Ben Qwek (Singapore), Mee Wong (China), and Danish artists EINE, Pure Evil, international creative HiCalorie and shape-shifting art collective Monorex.
