I love the idea of this short animation — A Single Life — where the main character, Pia, finds a vinyl single and discovers that when she plays it, it takes her on a journey through her life. Spin it forward and she gets older, spin it backwards and she gets younger. The animation has been created by Dutch studio Job, Joris & Marieke, and is only 2 mins 15 secs long – so could be the shortest film to ever win an Oscar!
The trailer is above, but equally fun is watching the team’s response to the news of the Oscar nomination! Good luck guys!
