Eiko Ojala’s deceptive digital papercuts
Today I’ve been enjoying the work of Estonia-based illustrator Eiko Ojala. His work is a strange trick of the eye… in a good way! At first they appear to be physical papercut artworks, but are in fact digitally created illustrations mixed with real paper textures. These pieces are illustrations for Heman Miller magazine “Why”, but there’s tons of other stuff over on his site!
