Gideon Baws (1975 – 2008)
Gideon Baws, a founding member of multi-award winning animation collective Shynola, passed away last week at the young age of 33. He was adored by friends and family, and the wider motion-graphic industry for his warmth, intelligence, talent and creativity. With Shynola he worked on some of the classic music videos of the last decade with bands such as Queens of the Stone Age, Blur, Radiohead and Athlete.
