Mr. Tim Budgen’s playful, colourful worlds
Children’s illustration is something I always think is a challenge not all illustrators can rise up to. Capturing imagination and literally telling a vividly rich story in one instance, one scene is not easy. Mr. Tim Budgen accomplishes this and more than concurs this particular format of illustration. Mr. Budgen’s wonderful pictures are bright, detailed and utterly aspiring, full of playful imagination and the urge to find out more.
